Welcoming Elena Piñerua – Panama

Based in Panama, Elena Piñerua brings a unique international perspective shaped by her experiences living in Mexico, Venezuela, and now Panama. Her diverse background gives her valuable insight into the environmental challenges and resilience strategies found across Latin America, making her an important addition to our growing team.

Welcoming Valentina Albarracín – Colombia

We are also proud to welcome Valentina Albarracín, who is based in Colombia. Valentina joins FloodSafe Consulting with a passion for community engagement and environmental resilience. Her perspective and local knowledge will support our efforts to expand collaboration, share best practices, and promote flood preparedness throughout the region.
