This risk assessment is conducted by a student-run business operated by a high school student and is intended for educational and informational purposes only. While reasonable effort has been made to provide thoughtful and relevant insights, this service should not be considered a substitute for licensed professional advice (including, but not limited to, engineering, legal, insurance, or construction services).

 

**2. No Guarantee of Outcomes**

This assessment provides an evaluation of potential flood-related risks based on available information at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee the prevention of flooding, damage, business interruption, or financial loss. Implementation of any recommendations is at the client’s discretion and risk.

 

**3. Limited Scope**

The assessment is based on visual observations, publicly available data, and information provided by the client. We do not conduct structural engineering analyses, code compliance inspections, or environmental testing unless explicitly stated. Undetected or unknown risks may still exist.

 

**4. Client Responsibility**

The client is responsible for verifying all findings and recommendations with licensed professionals before making significant financial, structural, or operational decisions. The client assumes full responsibility for any actions taken based on this report.

 

**5. Limitation of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this student-run business and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this report or reliance on its contents.

 

**6. No Professional Relationship**

Use of this service does not establish any formal professional, fiduciary, or advisory relationship beyond the scope of this limited engagement.
